Our beef is reared in the most natural way this in turn makes our meat the healthiest and tastiest it can be. All our beef herd are native breeds, they graze a diet of good quality seed and meadow grass with a high content of clover, the pastures they graze are organically managed and this results in a healthier meat with more goodness and more flavour. They are naturally reared with their mothers and fed on the natural milk whilst they are young. Ethically produced under strict animal welfare standards whilst ensuring that both wildlife and soil health is protected on the land. Our herd enjoy a low stress environment and as ruminant animals enjoy a 100% grass fed diet. Helping to lock in carbon, they graze the grass, which in turn promotes it growth and helps to lock in carbon. Their manure helps to fertilise the soil and organically reared they are helping to promote the farmland they graze upon.
