Delivery and Collection
Delivery details vary depending on the products ordered and will be clearly shown within the online shop at the time of purchase. Delivery of logs locally within 10 mile radius. Delivery time 9-12 am. Meat will be collection only 4-6pm. We will courier meat orders if you are not local and cannot therefore collect.
Collection orders are free of charge.
Please wait until you have been contacted before coming to collect your order. If any item is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and advise when it will be available for collection.
Delivery Enquiries
If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us using the details provided on our website.
If we are unable to deliver your order within the stated time frame, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate. If this is not suitable, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
Collect in Person
You may collect your order from our premises by selecting the collection option at checkout. Any delivery charges will be removed automatically.

Returns / Refund Policy
All orders are checked carefully before leaving our premises. Please inspect items within 24 hours of receipt. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us with your order number so we can assist you quickly.
Damaged Items
If any item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will advise on the best course of action.
In most cases, we will ask for the item to be returned for an exchange or refund. Please do not return damaged goods without contacting us first.
Perishable Items
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on perishable items unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
